Wellness of the Mind

Wellness of the mind involves our feelings, emotions, and our general attitude. We strive to maintain a healthy diet, exercise routinely to maintain our fitness, but are we doing the correct things to ensure the wellness of our mind? How many times do you stop, clear your mind, take a few slow breaths, and let your mind return from the daily marathon? Most of us do not take the time to let our mind really relax. We work our minds all day everyday, and many people are overworking their minds at night and never having restful sleep. We have all heard people say "I just can't shut my mind off". This occurs more with women as a rule, but men have sleepless nights also, and most sleeplessness is related to some sort of stress.
